Tim is the Director of immixGroup’s Market Intelligence organization.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Furman University and an M.B.A. from Benedictine University.  Tim has eleven years of experience in management, business development, and market research in the government space.  He is adept at budget analysis and opportunity identification to support client needs.


 

Allan RubinAllan Rubin
Vice President, Marketing

Allan leads a professional marketing organization that is responsible for generating leads and building awareness for immixGroup, its manufacturer clients, and its reseller partners within the public sector IT community.

His career spans more than 20 years of combined experience in marketing, product management, and sales in a variety of B2G, B2B, and B2C markets. His areas of expertise include marketing strategy and operations, lead generation, product marketing, content development, brand marketing, and sales support. Prior to joining immixGroup in 2008, he served as Director of Marketing for ESI International in Arlington, Virginia. He also has held marketing and sales positions with various media organizations, including AOL and Phillips Business Information (now Access Intelligence), an internet startup, and Kraft General Foods.

Allan earned a B.A. in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He also holds a certificate in Project Management from the George Washington University School of Business and completed coursework in information technology at the University of Virginia.


 

Chris Wilkins 100 x 130Christopher Wilkinson
Senior Director, Market Development

Mr. Wilkinson is responsible for managing and expanding immixGroup’s capabilities in specific technology categories including cybersecurity, big data and analytics, cloud computing, enterprise mobility, IT infrastructure, and business and operations applications. He works with immixGroup’s technology vendors and channel partners to help them better align their products and go-to-market strategies to serve the needs of their government customers. He is also responsible for enhancing technical fluency among immixGroup’s employees and leading the company’s lead generation and new client acquisition efforts. Mr. Wilkinson has nearly 10 years of public sector business development experience. He led the growth of immixGroup’s cybersecurity technology category, expanding our partnerships over a 6-year period from 15 manufacturers to over 80, making it one of the most comprehensive portfolios of cybersecurity software offerings available to government. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.


 

Chris WiedemannChris Wiedemann
Consultant, Market Intelligence

Chris is a consultant with immixGroup’s Market Intelligence team, where he is responsible for developing knowledge of federal initiatives, funded programs, and targeted opportunities for immixGroup’s clients. He helps clients across the technology spectrum identify fits for their products within the federal government and provides pre-qualified leads to inside and outside sales organizations to help them win federal business.

Chris received a B.A. in History and East Asian Studies from Haverford College in Haverford, Pennsylvania.

Senior Director, Client Marketing

Rita Walston is the senior director of client marketing for immixGroup, leading a team that provides strategic and tactical marketing planning, logistics, and support to immixGroup’s clients and partners. Prior to joining the company in April, 2008, Rita was executive director of the NIST-funded Telework Consortium, which provided telework program consulting services and implementation support to Federal agencies and other public sector entities. In addition to marketing, Rita’s professional background includes media market research and publishing.


 

Lloyd McCoy Jr.Lloyd McCoy Jr.
DOD Manager, Market Intelligence 

Lloyd McCoy is a DOD manager with immixGroup’s Market Intelligence team.  He is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on Department of Defense agencies, identifying business opportunities, and providing timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to clients.

Prior to immixGroup, Lloyd worked for the Defense Department for eight years, serving in a variety of senior analytic and project management positions both in the U.S. and abroad.  In this capacity, Lloyd worked extensively with the acquisition and procurement offices within the Office of Secretary of Defense.

Lloyd earned a M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University in 2011, as well as a M.A. in Public Policy in 2004 and a B.A. in Political Science in 2002, both from the University of Maryland.

Consultant, Market Intelligence

Tom O’Keefe is a consultant with immixGroup’s Market Intelligence team. He is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on civilian agencies, identifying business opportunities, and providing timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence to clients.

With over six years of market research experience as an analyst and consultant in the federal space, he has covered both civilian and defense agencies and has worked with some of the largest systems integrators and contractors in the federal marketplace.

Tom earned an M.A. in Political Science from George Mason University.


 

Stephanie MeloniStephanie Meloni
Consultant, Market Intelligence

Stephanie Meloni is a consultant with immixGroup’s Market Intelligence team. She provides subject matter expertise on Department of Defense agencies, identifies new business opportunities, and provides actionable intelligence to clients.

Stephanie brings more than five years of experience in market research and business development in the federal marketplace. Prior to joining immixGroup, Stephanie worked at General Dynamics Information Technology where she identified and researched new business opportunities and assisted with capture and qualifying new business.

Stephanie has a B.A. in Communication from the University of Maryland.

Kevin is an analyst with immixGroup’s market intelligence team. Kevin’s work supports information technologies companies vying for business in the government market space. His role within the company includes; conducting primary and secondary research, recognizing opportunities for clients, and providing strategic and tactical intelligence to technology clients. Prior to joining immixGroup, Kevin worked full-time as an open source intelligence collection and analysis intern performing defense analytics. Kevin earned a B.A. in Geography from the University of Mary Washington in 2014.

He specializes in the agencies and central commands of the Department of Defense. Mark received a B.A. in History from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

For the past two decades Mr. Charles has helped hundreds of technology manufacturers succeed in the government marketplace. His breadth and depth of expertise on every dimension of the government technology ecosystem provide technology manufacturers with a strategy and clear focus for the greatest success. Mr. Charles is adept at mapping technology product lifecycles and revenue models with appropriate channel and contract vehicle strategies in light of current procurement law, regulations and policy.

Mr. Charles is actively involved in government-industry associations including TechAmerica, ACT-IAC, Coalition for Government Procurement, and the National Contract Management Association. He meets regularly with leaders in government and industry to increase understanding and positive action.

Mr. Charles co-authored The Inside Guide to the Federal IT Market, a how-to book for technology companies selling to the government. He is regularly quoted by media outlets such as Federal News Radio, Computer Reseller News, Washington Technology, and Washington Business Journal and frequently posts blogs to Government Sales Insider.

Prior to founding immixGroup, Mr. Charles served as vice president of contract management with Selbre & Associates. He received a B.A. in Communications & Business, Magna Cum Laude from Temple University and has completed extensive coursework in government procurement at American University, George Washington University, University of Virginia, and the National Contract Management Association.
